Thank you for choosing the HUB for your meeting or event.

HUB EMS Online Status: HUB EMS is currently accepting Availability Check requests.

HUB EMS Login: An EMS login account is required to access and submit an Availability Check request. Click here to request an EMS account.

Log in to HUB EMS:

  • Go to "My Account" on the menu above and select "Log In"
  • Enter your EMS User ID (email address) & password

Submit an Availability Check for a meeting or event space:

  • Once you're logged in, go to "Reservations" on the menu
  • Select the appropriate request type from the options available
  • Proceed to enter your event/meeting details
